Happy 23rd birthday!  Muacks!

Da de de dum..

More often than not, I sit at coffee places and start to ponder.

‘What will I be doing in 10 years time?’

‘What can I achieve in 10 years time?’

And the most important question is that, am I in the right job?

I have tried to tender my resignation last friday.  And my head-of-sales persuaded me to stay on.  He asked me, why do I want to quit?  And I have not enough valid reasons to leave. 

Am I under-paid?  No.

Are my colls and superiors mean?  No.

Am I unable to bring in sales?  No.

The only reason that I can find for myself is that I am probably not working hard enough.

What I should do now is to set my directions right and move on.  I should be able to do it.  Right?

How I wish..

that there are 3 weekends, 4 weekdays and 30 hours in a day.

Ok, maybe 4 working days would be too short, how about 4.5 working days?  I’m super tired every day.  It’s not like I am not enjoying my job, it’s just that this job is really physically and mentally challenging.  I like the challenges that I am facing everyday, especially when I am able to phycho someone from saying ‘NO’ to a ‘OK’.  Gives me the total satisfaction.  Finally, I understand why there are still some people sticking on to this job.  The feeling of satisfaction does not end at the pay cheque.

Give me all your support.  And I believe I am getting closer to my goals every single day.
