Hr Assistant / Officer
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR function including payroll, leave administration, claims, etc.
- Work Pass application / renewal for foreign workers.
- Provides support in administration of internal / external training
- Preparation of monthly management reports and statutory surveys
- Maintenance of office / pantry supplies
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good interpersonal skills, resourceful individual and a good team player
- Able to start work within short notice / immediately will be advantageous
- Only Singaporeans / Singapore PR / Malaysians need apply.
Location: Gul Lane (Tuas)
Work week: 5 working days week
Time: 7:30am to 5:00pm (flexible working hours)
Transport will be provided at designated point.
