No longer a Recruitment Consultant

Hr Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • Full spectrum of HR function including payroll, leave administration, claims, etc. 
  • Work Pass application / renewal for foreign workers. 
  • Provides support in administration of internal / external training 
  • Preparation of monthly management reports and statutory surveys 
  • Maintenance of office / pantry supplies 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements: 

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline 
  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good interpersonal skills, resourceful individual and a good team player 
  • Able to start work within short notice / immediately will be advantageous
  • Only Singaporeans / Singapore PR / Malaysians need apply.

Location: Gul Lane (Tuas)
Work week: 5 working days week
Time: 7:30am to 5:00pm (flexible working hours)
Transport will be provided at designated point.

I’ve moved on.  My last day at Excellent HR was 09/10/07.

New job will be commencing on 15/10/07.  Wish me all the best. :)
